Let It Snow Let It Snow Let It Snow

"Dang it Bethany, he guessed it"
It's been a stormin' here in Wisconsin!
I love it, it's so beautiful. I need to take more pictures around town and the bridges especially!
I volunteered to shovel...Dane was a little shocked, but didn't hesitate to let me.

Well, it was hard leaving Utah, but we are back home and back in the zone of being here.
We took Jada to the doctors for her 2 month check-up. She measured 22.5 inches and 12 lbs 13 oz. Her doctor is so nice and Jada loves to smile and speak with her. We are glad Jada is healthy. She has started smiling and chatting more.  She loves to suck on her fist, blanket, or whatever comes close to her mouth. She sleeps through the night or may get up once to eat. She loves to keep me going. She likes to be carried around the apartment and seldom lets me put her down.

We also helped our friends, the Cantus, move up here to our complex from Wauwatosa.
It is nice to have them here. We gathered a bunch a guys together to help them out. They got it done rather quickly. It's nice to know there is help around here if we ever need it.

This One's For You!

Well Birgitta, I am finally getting around to getting more baby pictures for you.
So enjoy the blog-all about JADA ( like always :) )
"I'm the cutest"

Baby Blessing

We got the opportunity to have Jada's baby blessing at our parents ward.  It was great, all of my family and most of Dane's was able to make it. We are glad to have the support of our family and friends and we love them all very much and appreciate them being there! It was a very crowded house at my Mom's afterwards. We enjoyed some food and great company! Sorry, all the pictures I took was with Jon's camera. So I will post what I have.

Home Sweet Home

We were able to fly home to Utah for 2 weeks during Christmas break. It was a trip that I had been anticipating since the day I left! My goodness, I just counted the hours :) It was the greatest to see my Dad and Dave standing at the airport waiting for us.
It snowed the first day getting there. It was awesome.

Poor Dane shoveling. He's so nice.
We had a grand ol' time. It started out having the family all get together for the annual ornament exchange.  Had my Birthday, we went to Brick Oven to eat. Of course I got my usual..calzone and red creme soda! Other than that, did a lot of visiting family and friends.

Birthday presents, surprised I even get any?

We then spent Christmas Eve at the Rent's house. We played Jeopardy, a game I made for the fam. and the I sent everyone on a scavenger hunt around Grandview Hill. We then listened to the kids, grandma and Dave sing Feliz Navidad with all sorts of instruments.  We spent the night at Birgitta's house and enjoyed Christmas with them.
